青島能源集團千余名黨員干部職工深入50個社區為群眾解難題、辦實事

為深(shen)入貫徹(che)落實(shi)黨(dang)史(shi)學(xue)習教育和“我為群(qun)眾(zhong)(zhong)辦實(shi)事”實(shi)踐活動,5月15日(ri),青島能源(yuan)集(ji)(ji)團開展(zhan)了“學(xue)黨(dang)史(shi)、見行(xing)動,我為群(qun)眾(zhong)(zhong)辦實(shi)事”大型服務為民進社區活動,集(ji)(ji)團領(ling)導班(ban)子成員親自(zi)帶隊(dui),分赴(fu)各會場指導工作,切實(shi)將“暖到(dao)家”服務送(song)上(shang)家門、送(song)到(dao)心坎。市城市管理局、社區街(jie)道相關領(ling)導應邀(yao)出席活動。

此次活動是集團“我為群眾辦實事——強攻(gong)堅(jian)、補短(duan)板、提效能(neng)、優服(fu)務(wu)”主題活動的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要內(nei)容之一(yi),結合推行的(de)(de)(de)“服(fu)務(wu)管(guan)家進社(she)(she)區”、“社(she)(she)區吹哨(shao)、企業報(bao)到”機制,在(zai)全(quan)市共(gong)(gong)設置21個(ge)會(hui)場(chang),組織1000余名(ming)黨員干部職工走進50個(ge)社(she)(she)區,面(mian)對(dui)面(mian)聽(ting)取(qu)廣大用(yong)戶(hu)對(dui)燃氣(qi)、供(gong)熱(re)、便民收費等工作的(de)(de)(de)意見(jian)建議(yi),零距離為群眾提供(gong)“現場(chang)辦、登(deng)門辦、高效辦”的(de)(de)(de)貼心服(fu)務(wu)。為保(bao)障活動成效,集團堅(jian)持“統(tong)一(yi)部署、氣(qi)熱(re)一(yi)體、協(xie)同(tong)推進”,統(tong)籌安(an)排所在(zai)區域的(de)(de)(de)供(gong)熱(re)、燃氣(qi)、工程(cheng)、便民收費以(yi)及96566熱(re)線應急中(zhong)心等單(dan)位、部門共(gong)(gong)同(tong)參與,并充分(fen)發揮(hui)能(neng)源服(fu)務(wu)管(guan)家的(de)(de)(de)協(xie)調(diao)作用(yong),提前與各(ge)個(ge)社(she)(she)區溝通聯系,在(zai)269個(ge)社(she)(she)區微信群發布活動通知,吸引廣大用(yong)戶(hu)群眾前來享受優質(zhi)高效的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)源服(fu)務(wu)。

活動(dong)現(xian)場,工作人員(yuan)為(wei)群(qun)眾(zhong)講解(jie)(jie)燃氣(qi)(qi)供(gong)熱(re)(re)條例(li)規(gui)范、燃氣(qi)(qi)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)安(an)(an)全(quan)常(chang)識、用(yong)(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)設(she)(she)(she)施(shi)保養知識,利用(yong)(yong)(yong)大(da)屏幕循環播放燃氣(qi)(qi)入戶(hu)安(an)(an)檢常(chang)識、灶具(ju)安(an)(an)全(quan)常(chang)識等(deng)宣傳(chuan)片,并對(dui)老(lao)化膠管(guan)、不(bu)合規(gui)灶具(ju)實(shi)物進(jin)行展示,推廣(guang)(guang)不(bu)銹鋼螺紋管(guan)等(deng)燃氣(qi)(qi)安(an)(an)全(quan)設(she)(she)(she)施(shi)設(she)(she)(she)備,工會志愿者、集團(tuan)青年(nian)(nian)突(tu)擊隊(dui)與群(qun)眾(zhong)進(jin)行有獎問答互動(dong),多(duo)項(xiang)舉(ju)措使(shi)安(an)(an)全(quan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)氣(qi)(qi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)宣傳(chuan)更為(wei)直觀、更入人心。同時,能(neng)源服(fu)務(wu)(wu)管(guan)家(jia)為(wei)居民用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)們(men)現(xian)場解(jie)(jie)疑答惑,細致講解(jie)(jie)了公共便民服(fu)務(wu)(wu)事項(xiang)網(wang)辦步驟、智能(neng)燃氣(qi)(qi)表的(de)(de)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)方(fang)式、“同企通(tong)辦”業務(wu)(wu)等(deng),發放《意(yi)見(jian)(jian)征詢表》、《問卷調(diao)(diao)查》,主動(dong)詢問用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)意(yi)見(jian)(jian)建議(yi),調(diao)(diao)查了解(jie)(jie)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)熱(re)(re)點訴求和對(dui)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)工作的(de)(de)滿意(yi)度,對(dui)需(xu)要(yao)入戶(hu)解(jie)(jie)決的(de)(de)事項(xiang)迅速反應,登門(men)解(jie)(jie)決裝修暖氣(qi)(qi)設(she)(she)(she)施(shi)改造、老(lao)舊管(guan)件更換、管(guan)道(dao)清(qing)洗(xi)等(deng)問題。此(ci)外,集團(tuan)還專門(men)成立了38支能(neng)源氣(qi)(qi)熱(re)(re)攻堅服(fu)務(wu)(wu)專家(jia)團(tuan)隊(dui),主動(dong)對(dui)接用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu),將服(fu)務(wu)(wu)工作前置,重點安(an)(an)全(quan)檢查老(lao)舊房屋(wu)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)、出租用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)、老(lao)年(nian)(nian)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)及其他特殊用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)的(de)(de)燃氣(qi)(qi)設(she)(she)(she)施(shi),通(tong)過入戶(hu)走訪,實(shi)地(di)查看2021年(nian)(nian)供(gong)熱(re)(re)攻堅用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)情況,分析原(yuan)因(yin)并拿(na)出解(jie)(jie)決方(fang)案(an)。據統計(ji),本次(ci)進(jin)社(she)區(qu)累(lei)計(ji)參與用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)數(shu)近3900余(yu)(yu)人,發放宣傳(chuan)資料5500余(yu)(yu)份,發放意(yi)見(jian)(jian)征詢表1500余(yu)(yu)張(zhang),解(jie)(jie)答咨詢問題2200余(yu)(yu)次(ci),入戶(hu)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)500余(yu)(yu)次(ci),隱患(huan)整改100余(yu)(yu)處,廣(guang)(guang)大(da)社(she)區(qu)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)對(dui)集團(tuan)全(quan)方(fang)位的(de)(de)“一(yi)站式”服(fu)務(wu)(wu)給(gei)予了一(yi)致認(ren)可與好(hao)評。

下一(yi)步,集(ji)團(tuan)將圍繞黨史學(xue)習教育,持續將“我為群眾辦實(shi)事”實(shi)踐(jian)活動(dong)引向深入。一(yi)是開展(zhan)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)百日問題攻(gong)堅,根(gen)據供(gong)(gong)熱季群眾來電(dian)訴求(qiu)(qiu)全(quan)面摸排情況建(jian)立(li)了(le)群眾反映集(ji)中問題的(de)供(gong)(gong)熱質量(liang)問題整(zheng)改臺賬,結合老舊管網改造(zao)、串改并等工作(zuo)對不達(da)標用(yong)戶(hu)800戶(hu)按(an)戶(hu)施策,逐戶(hu)整(zheng)改,為市民(min)(min)提供(gong)(gong)高(gao)質量(liang)的(de)供(gong)(gong)熱服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu);二(er)是持續梳理優化(hua)“用(yong)氣(qi)報裝(zhuang)”、“用(yong)熱報裝(zhuang)”全(quan)流程(cheng)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)標準,將用(yong)氣(qi)、用(yong)熱報裝(zhuang)納入服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)APP業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)辦理功(gong)能(neng),從用(yong)戶(hu)咨詢(xun)到點火通(tong)氣(qi)、驗收通(tong)熱實(shi)現全(quan)過程(cheng)電(dian)子化(hua)流轉,提高(gao)報裝(zhuang)便利度和透明度;三是立(li)足市民(min)(min)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)需求(qiu)(qiu),在(zai)(zai)年內升級改造(zao)18個(ge)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)站,探索(suo)水(shui)電(dian)氣(qi)暖合作(zuo)模式(shi),打造(zao)線上(shang)線下“共享營業(ye)廳”,在(zai)(zai)市區研究(jiu)推出預約服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)、在(zai)(zai)線客服(fu)、窗口自(zi)助服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)等功(gong)能(neng),以(yi)“數字能(neng)源”引領(ling)“智(zhi)慧生活”。同時,集(ji)團(tuan)還(huan)將通(tong)過開展(zhan)更多(duo)(duo)群眾喜(xi)聞樂見以(yi)及(ji)形(xing)式(shi)多(duo)(duo)樣的(de)活動(dong),發動(dong)廣大(da)黨員(yuan)干部職工學(xue)史立(li)行(xing),在(zai)(zai)為民(min)(min)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)中樹形(xing)象、促實(shi)干,在(zai)(zai)活動(dong)實(shi)踐(jian)中提升群眾幸福(fu)感(gan)、獲得(de)感(gan),以(yi)實(shi)際行(xing)動(dong)踐(jian)行(xing)“青島(dao)能(neng)源 讓生活更美好”的(de)溫暖承諾,為建(jian)設宜居青島(dao)貢(gong)獻能(neng)源力量(liang)。
